Treviglio, Viale Manzoni

Strategically situated at the gateway of Treviglio, this development is currently operated by Italmark and serves clients coming from the city center, as well as people commuting to nearby Bergamo.

The building was thoroughly renovated in 2021 and is now up to date with the latest technology and infrastructure.

Clusone, Via Fiorine

Land acquired in 1978 and leased until 2007 to a trucking and fuel supply company. In 2012 the land was remediated, and is currently in active development.
